What's so special about this picture? It's a special market for villagers, mostly from the small mountain villages around Bursa, where they sell their produce. So, if you are looking for produce that is not mass-produced, this is the place to go. You can also find things that are normally not easy to get in the city, like fresh goats milk, fresh eggs from chickens who have never seen a laying battery, dried fruit which does not look perfect because it hasn't been treated with chemicals but is tasty, and all kinds of other organic products. The market is located right in the city centre, in the historic Tahtakale quarter, where it has a long history.
